With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building supervision, general contracting, and municipal engineering. My experience includes working for reputable companies such as Metro Vancouver as a building inspector, where I honed my skills in detecting deficiencies resulting from poor construction, faulty design, or lack of maintenance.
I have also worked in the building industry overseas and in the BC housing industry for over ten years. I hold a postgraduate degree in civil engineering and a degree in home inspection from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
In addition to my extensive experience in the construction field, I also provide consulting services in integrated facility and maintenance management for large-scale companies such as Intel, Best Buy, and Dexterra. My diverse experiences in structural, envelope, and fire suppression engineering give me a unique perspective and the ability to assist buyers, sellers, and homeowners in identifying deficiencies within all components of a home.
